cool! i did that for the first (and only) time more than ten years ago; only we put ours in a roasting pan and fired up the gas grill. i was amazed how they lit up without any direct contact with fire. (now i know why they fare so poorly in forest/urban fires.) they have an interesting, organic smell as they burn.
