it looks like a watercolor. I love it.
there is such a sense of personality about that bird, like he is peering back at me.
Yeah! I can really see that bird's attention is focused. Nice job.
I do the same thing sometimes, take a blurry shot as an excuse to play with filters. This one turned out beautifully.
